Oregon Trail Adventures - Firefly Edition #1

Plugged in my Oregon Trail (original) CD and away we go.
I just jotted down the important things for the characters, not every little detail (that'd get boring fast).

Me: Zoe
Party Members: Wash, Simon, River, Mal

Leaving in June.
June 12: River becomes sick with typhoid fever.
June 17: Wash becomes sick with typhoid fever.
June 23: River gets better.
June 25: River is suffering from exhaustion. (WTF)
June 26: We rest for 2 days.
June 28: Wash gets better.
June 28: Three sets of clothing are stolen. (The guys decide to preserve the female modesty and offer Zoe and River the remaining two sets of clothes)
July 5: River gets better.
July 17: Reach Independence Rock. (Zoe and River try to trade things for clothing but nobody has any to spare, apparently.)
July 17: Wash has the measles.
July 18: River has a broken leg. (Probably from excess dancing.)
July 28: Wash gets better.
August 1: Manage to acquire 3 sets of clothing.
August 5: Simon is suffering from exhaustion.
August 6: Wash has cholera. Decide to rest for 2 days.
August 16: Simon gets better.
August 17: Wash and River follow suit and get better.
August 23: We lose the trail for four days. Health is poor.
August 25: River has a fever.
August 27: Rest for two days.
September 3: River gets better.
September 4: Health of everyone is very poor.
September 11: River has a broken arm.
September 14: Wash has dysentery.
September 25: Wash is better.
September 26: River died of dysentery. (WTF)
September 27: Simon has cholera.
September 28: Wash has dysentery.

October 4: We made it!
Total: 3592 points

My favorite part of the whole thing was that Mal and Zoe were totally fine the whole time. Y'know, solders and all. They can deal. xD

BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THIS IS WHAT THE PURPOSE OF THE GAME IS.



I DEMAND DRABBLES. ICONS. SOMETHING. ANYTHING. GO.
Although srs, little pixel Oregon Trail wagon with something next to it would be epic. Text: "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die?" would be hilar.
(PS: and if you do use this for anything, all I ask is a little credit and post it here, that'd be awesome.)

In my head-canon (I already have fanon for this whut?), She is a bubbly Indian girl they befriend on the way! XD
Makes it all the more impressive that she can fix a wagon considering she's rarely exposed to them.

so inara and kaylee are somehow taken for the ride
and jayne get hurt so simon is treating him
