Because I'm totally posting this rather than update on my two-week adventure and things I did besides meeting Matt Smith and Robert Sean Leonard in NYC, or going to Blacksburg and enduring the storm of the apocalypse. I think I'll do that tomorrow morning or something along with a separate mini-memorial post for Elisabeth Sladen. Still in shock about that, although I was in a semi-denial phase until some time yesterday.

Faith

* Er. She's pretty badass and yet has more to her than that, with her redeeming character transfomation/arc spanning TWO WHOLE SHOWS.
* I.. really don't ship her with anyone? Except that one black guy she wanted to make out with, I think? (I swear I'm not racist but I just don't remember his name at all)
* ..idek non-romantic stuff. I enjoyed her interactions with like everyone once she stopped being evil. I think Faith/Spike would be interesting but I haven't seen all of Buffy and Angel yet so IDEK if that ever happened.
* Uh. Uh. Uh. I have no idea.
* Faith/Spike? Yesplz? The more I think of this the more I like it. Even if it's happened and I don't know it yet.


Astrid (rly? rly?)

* She's cute as a character but very one-dimensional for the purposes of storyline from what I remember. There's a reason I avoid VotD.
* Nobody. Just cause I don't ship her with Ten and there's not a lot of choices.
* Banakaffalatta/Astrid. I don't see it as a romantic ship but they got along well.
* Um. I actually got all teary when Ten was like "You're not falling, you're flying" The first time around. I liked it. DON'T JUDGE ME AND MY EMOTIONS. :|:|:|
* ...I wish she'd have smacked that obnoxious rich guy for being obnoxious. *has nothing for this one*


Dr. Horrible

* ADORABLE WOOBIE. Also he's pretty complex with his singing about feelings and alter ego and all that.
* Billy/Penny. So I guess I include Dr. Horrible in that as well. But not as a threesome, that would just be really weird.
* Non-romantic: nooot a lot to go from with such a small cast. Just sayin'. Dr Horrible/Captain Hammer hateship, Dr. Horrible/ELE members could be pretty cool, and I imagine Dr. Horrible/Moist since they seem to hang out a lot.
* Uh. He's dismissive of Moist's henchmen abilities? Sweating is hard work, you know. Dr. Horrible is meant to be the sympathetic villain, so there's not a lot to hate on. XD
* We could have changed up the storyline so much if we went a step further and made Dr. Horrible an actual split-personality rather than just an alter-ego. Just imagine their characters a bit more separate, and suddenly Dr. Horrible's desire to rule the world/get into the ELE culminating in Penny's death really would hit a bit harder. (it would also undermine and make pointless the whole superhero/alter-ego motif going on but whatever, this is Darker And Edgier we're talking about here.)

Melchior (going with the musical version as that's who I know)

* I basically loved him, despite the anti-religion, up until he essentially raped Wendla. He's a strong character who goes against his society, for better or worse.
* Uh. Nobody, really? Act-one!Melchior/Wendla, probably.
* non-romantic: Melchior/Moritz
* Not really sure of fandom's opinions on him as I wasn't ever really in it, but he was the kind of person I'd hate to discuss something with because he doesn't listen to others well.
* I think it would have been a really odd ending if he'd killed himself rather than Moritz, or if they both had. Not sure if it would have really made any sense, but.. yeah.

Puppet!Angel *brings out crack*

* ADORABLE AND SNARKY OMFG.
* Werewolf!Nina/Puppet!Angel was just ilu. Poor puppet!Angel totes got dominated there.
* Puppet!Angel/Spike, Puppet!Angel/Fred. <33333
* Unpopular opinion? D: Uhhh. He has unrealistic jumping skills and he's a TV junkie.
* I wish he could have stuck around long enough to get his own mini!show/universe. Or give him a cute little one-off comic where EVERYONE IS A PUPPET.

Rory Williams

* Poor guy, I adore him so much. He's devoted to Amy and can be a bit clueless sometimes but he tries really hard and he's a lot of fun I WANT ONE.
* Rory/ME. Also Rory/Amy.
* non-romantic: Rory/Eleven and I could totally see Rory/little!Amy as D'AWWWWW in a cute way.
* I guess I kind of don't like that he lets Amy push him around so much?
* Uh... RORY FALLS IN LOVE WITH ME INSTEAD WHILE AMY FLIRTS AND TRIES TO UNDRESS ELEVEN. Also Rory needs more friends or something. <3

Cordelia Chase

* I didn't like her all that much in Buffy until later on - she's the girl I avoided in high school - and she was alright in Angel until they gave her the obnoxious storylines with Connor and being ascended or whatever it was.
* NOBODY. Like srs.
* Non-romantic OTP? Cordy/Wesley, maybe. Even if it's just for that one hilarious scene in Angel where they pretend to be Angel/Buffy.
* Uh. Glad she died/wish she didn't have the whiny corporeal floaty stuff in Angel. Also I hate Cordy/Angel but that one scene with the ballet episode was amusing.
* I do wish she'd been given a better/different ending. And not hooked up with Connor after being all crazy for Angel. It's just weird.
